Burger King - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Absolutely unreal. Went in last night at roughly 12 midnight and was happy to see they weren't at all busy. One person waiting on food and then us. We patiently waited as we watched everyone chatter amongst themselves. After some time the young lady who we presumed to be the ... order taker took time away from chatting and turned her attention to some friends who had just walked in. They had a nice little chat and then motioned to her friends to move ahead of us. My wife, obviously frustrated said"excuse me"! The young ladies who clearly understood we were waiting in line turns and says, "Oh, we're you in line? My wife replied, "Yes, yes we are, been waiting." We expected them to step away so we could order but the server brushed us off and continued to service them ahead of us at which point we left. Unreal. This young lady just lost out your business on a very large order. It was our grandsons 12th b-day so we took him and his 3 cousins, and their mother's down for the weekend. While we were ordering they were finishing up an attraction. The order would have been 6 Whopper Combos and 2 Angry Whopper combos plus a dozen Hot Apple Pies. Pretty hefty order for the staff to lose over some socializing. Not only did you lose that large order you really pissed off some good customers. We generally come down a couple times per year so I'll remember where to not go spend our hard earned money. If you walk in and see a bunch of teenagers standing around chatting, do yourself a favor and leave. After posting this I went ahead and read some other reviews. I noticed that the owner doesn't respond to the issue so I'm guessing they all go unresolved? Nice. It's no wonder it has so many awful reviews. Read more

Cheap place to have a lunch near Niagara Falls. Clear enough. No refills. Small washroom, clean, but with danger lock (into man's cabin) - i scratched my finger just when unlock it.

It was great value of food. Lovely taste. It was quite busy restaurant in town. I love the buffalo sauce. Concept of the tomato sauce was great because of cost saving. Everything month I travel to eat there.

Although I love burger king but being honest here... management needs to do something...the burgers were half cold...apple pies took 20 minutes and the plant based burger had to be swallowed with coke...very very unpleasant experience... although the staff was good may be something is broken in the management...

Went In here for a quick bite and had no problems, the food was good and staff were decent. Not very lie friendly and welcoming but they were decent and reasonable.
