Food was great but very poor service. Husband ordered pizza with cheddar and the waitress put Feta. By the time he got the refire 10 minutes later, we were all done. Waitress was MIA for water refills, take out boxes etc. Only saw her twice the whole visit. Location is not ... handicap accessible as bathroom are down a flight of stairs. The service my boyfriend and I have gotten from this place has been outstanding. We went once for a sangria on a random day just for the hell of it. We had the absolute pleasure of having Kristen as our server. Not only does she make the best sangria I've ... literally ever had, but she goes above and beyond with her service. Attentive, very easy to talk too and very welcoming to the restaurant. I literally only want to go when she's working. What an amazing experience, we might just make this our regular spot!! Wonderful experience at the Lundy Lane location in Canada. Lucas was a sweetheart, helping us NON locals navigate what to do this week then our server I this Alex or Alexa or something (cool hair cool tattoos) was PHENOMENAL!! THEY BOTH deserve recognition. Our server was fantastic! Getting seated was a little awkward with being greeted by I presume the manager and then 3 kids just silent. It took a minute for them to get organized but I beleive they were also being trained. The server was so nice and our food came ... out fast. The jalapeño dip was amazing!!! Your typical Boston Pizza fare located in the Americana resort. Food was good. Service was very slow (to start) but that was explained to us before we were seated. Our server was very sweet and kept apologizing for the long delay. Once we ordered our food and drinks, they came ... out pretty quickly. They definitely weren't expecting the number of customers they had,the place was absolutely packed! But the servers did the best they could given the limited staff on hand. Servers were always smiling...even for some grumpy customers. So kudos to the team! Read more
