Ordered a medium well steak. It was well done and over marinated. Quite salty. Service was slow. Ordered from the kids menu for the kids and they didn't tell us anything about the drinks and dessert that came with their meals. Only when asked did they give it to us. ... OK food, when it arrives. poor service. took our whole family out, took them 45 mins to even bring us a drink. They weren't busy, just blamed it on short staffed. We should have know after the wait for the drinks and left then. Then it took them another hour ... to get our food, when people before us got they're meals and eaten and left before we even got ours. Then they didn't even bring out one of the kids meals. Had a free breakfast since i stayed at days inn. Being in service industry i know what is good service. Well, the eggs were dry, cold and probably cooked few hours before we were served. Service was decent. Management need to step up their game and think about service. If ... the service is good, the money will come in. I have been to other locations and they are way better. Hardly saw our server Janet or Janis. Food highly over priced. Not to mention the food was awful. Honestly would have been served better quality of food from McDonald's.
