The business is located just outside of the New West plaza, with the entrance of 8th St. There are street parking available across the restaurant, as well as a parking lot. Transit options are also available as there is the skytrain and bus loop within a minute away. Interior has plenty ... of seats to accommodate singles, couples to larger groups with advance notice. Reservation is recommended as they do tend to get busy. Although they specialize on pasta, alternatives are also available such as ribs, chicken and steak. Most meals includes the following - Unlimited sourdough bread with garlic butter - Choice of soup or salad - Choice of ice cream dessert Our table had 4 people with one a birthday patron. Our server was Nicole and she was pleasant and friendly, attentive and kept the hot fresh bread and butter coming. The food tastes great. We devoured at least 3 of the bread because it slaps so hard. The spaghetti was perfectly done, not too soft and slightly chewy. The seafood spaghetti was the most memorable. It's a great place with delicious food and good prices. The restaurant is beautiful, but what we liked the most was the outstanding service. The staff is kind and always willing to help. We will definitely be back!

I went to The Old Spaghetti Factory in New West and it was really nice. The people there were friendly and the food came quickly. The best part was the bread and garlic butter. It was warm and yummy. I also liked the mozzarella triangles, the lasagna was good too, but a ... little too spicy. Overall, The Old Spaghetti Factory is a fun place to eat with tasty food. Nice decor. Friendly attentive staff. We ordered the chicken and steak. Chicken was meh, steak was decent and, to the chef's credit, cooked to the right temperature. But both were rather bland. The sauce for the spaghetti was forgettable. On the upside, a coffee or tea, salad or minestrone soup, ... fresh bread with garlic butter, and a decent sized ice cream for dessert are all included.
