I know Cabalen Sweets Restaurant and Catering for many years ago. Just closed by to my address, i used to order to Flor (owner) everytime i crave for something different like Pinoy real taste of food. I find her food really cook fresh while you are waiting, clean presentation ... and no doubt pricing is just fair. My favorite food to order in Cabalen of course are fried Bangus( freshly cooked) and Pompano. I couldn't forget her freshly fried vegetable lumpia with spicy vinegar dipping sauce and mouthwatering Pilipino sinigang. What a treat! If you're craving home cooked Filipino food, go to this place and you will not be disappointed. I'd been ordering from this place for 6 years now. They've been very consistent in providing good food and good service with a decent price to boot! My all time faves ... are pansit bihon, egg rolls, empanada, chicken relleno, palabok, fresh lumpia and ube for dessert. Read more

I can only review the Halo Halo which I give a 5 stars to! Tasty fixings and shaved ice all come together for a delicious dessert. It is always an exciting time when this seasonal treat returns. Much better value compared to Max's. You will not be disappointed!
