Quiznos - New Westminster, British Columbia

This Quiznos location I have to say is my favourite. The staff and owner are really amazing and sweet. I had two events where I had catering done from them and both times sandwiches were outstanding . Even our friends and family asked us multiple times these are so good where ... did you get them from. We also had gluten free sandwiches made for people with allergies and those turned out amazing and knowing they took the allergy seriously and put extra effort into making sure everything was separate was amazing. Old lady in glasses I’m assuming is the owner has bad attitude when shown a Groupon. She tries hard to find a way not to redeem it, then changes terms of the Groupon deal by excluding sandwiches that are clearly part of the selection , she then charges additional tax ... fee at the end that is nowhere in the Groupon, drink and ice machine are broken does not offer compensation just a couple cubes of ice made from an ice tray in warm drinks. There is also no side bar like other locations for condiments and peppers. Groupon has been notified and gave me proper compensation and refunded any unused ones I had purchased for this place. been here 3 times and the same thing has happened each time tried to give benefit of the doubt. Not sure why go on Groupon if you’re gonna be grumpy when a customer comes to redeem it. I’m sure it’s a good place when she is not around, other staff is very friendly. I only leave a bad review when it’s really bad and this will be my first 1 star review. safe to say I won’t be back or recommend to any friends or family ! Read more

We visited this location close to closing time and Rubal was so friendly, and provided exceptional customer service! The store was busy but she was handling everything very well and took her time to prepare the food. Ordered the Tuesday special, didn't ask me if it is takeout or eat here. Cashier Assumed it is take out and no takeout paper bag. Cashier told me extra charge on paper bag. Best Quiznos I’ve been to. Store is clean and the best part that brings me back every time is Rubalpreet. She is sooo sweet and kind. Very good customer skills. Watched her treat other customers with politeness, the same as us.
