I faced two crew members both were very absent minded. I ordered vegetarian plant based burger .I had to ask literally 4 or 5 times that is it a vegetarian sandwich. I especially asked the sever to toast my bun twice but it wasn't done.while taking my order I especially ... mentioned to add tomatoes but to my surprise there was none. Gave it couple of tries. Sadly, more than often I see a part of chicken which is slightly undercooked. I ordered food for pick up and then I arrived at the store 40 minutes later and my order wasn’t even ready yet they were not even busy I had to wait another 20 minutes as they didn’t start my food order until I got to the store the gravy ... was runny and tasted like water the chicken sliders were overcooked and very greasy the buns were dry and had no sauce on them the box of large fries was less than half full definitely not enough for the price I would have been better off going to high 5 chicken for the amount of $$ spent for what I received Read more

Staff was nice at the drive thru but and a bit slow, maybe short staffed? You need to ask napkins, utensils and ketchup or they'll forget and check if the lids are properly closed before you go. The gravy will leak out. This branch of kfc in New Westminster is ... just hitting it with 👌 😋 flavourful chicken and Gravy. Will ho back here again.
