Only one staff when we went in and she insisted on us using the hand sanitizer and plastic gloves which was nice. Good to know they are looking out for everyone especially since Covid-19 is still around. They also have all the toppings in little plastic containers. Lots of yogurt flavours. Many candy type toppings. Very few fruit toppings. They charge by weight and even our half cups are more than $7 each. So, expensive. Self serve, reasonably clean and tidy.

Went in and was looking forward to the Nutella flavor, but it came out all watery. When asked about it they were unsure what the problem was but didn't bother to try to fix it either. Looked around and there were only a few limited flavors, don't remember it being ... this limited when I first came a while back. Plus some of the other flavours seem to be slightly just cold enough to hold together, it shouldn't be like that. I think Menchie's use to be really popular but with such high prices you expect a variety of flavours that you love and it coming out like real fro-yo not soft serve. Sampled the Mango frozen yogurt - loved it, will be back again to sample more

Bunch of unprofessional people works here. Does not know how to add points or redeem points. It is so overpriced compared to other menchies location. Its 2.99$ per 100 gms you can easily get it for 2.25 or lesser in any location in surrey. I bought 300 gms for 10 ... dollar. I had 11.39$ in my menchies smileage card I requested her I want to redeem my points for this purchase but they were just saying the system only takes “5$ off at a time” they are just fooling their customers. I told her I am saving my points from 2 months and I will use it on a day when i have no money and today was the day she did not let me to use it. The other locations I go to in surrey you can even redeem your points to even buy a cake, smoothie, shake or anything. The thing is I spend 110$ to get these 11$ in my smileage card and you are no one to tell me that how much should i redeem. Thankyou. Read more
