Bought on Jun 08 around 07:45 am, whoever was working that time - if you don't like working just don't work, don't ruin other people's morning. Tim Hortons use to be good place, it's hijacked. Friendly Fire

Tim Hortons is never a top rated place for me but it’s convenient so I still go. However this time around it took so long for them to get my order, everything we asked for they didn’t have. Then to top it off my breakfast wrap didn’t even have the ... egg in it… this location is especially bad. It sucks because you go for fast easy service so generally don’t have time to go back and have them fix the error. When you do though, they are rude and somehow make it sound like you messed up. First, they gave us a burnt bagel then stopped helping us as it was our fault that they burnt the bagel. After, we got a replacement they added the least amount of cream cheese I have ever seen. Stop ripping people off. Train and hire better crew. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This isn’t only a one-off! Poor service happens frequently. The food is ok but I don’t like the Poor customer service for the most part. Staff displays unhappiness and unwillingness to help. Seems they are more focused on drive through. I was the only person in-line yet 7 staff on the ... floor but no one wanted to help. Some just walked right pass without even a greeting or eye contact. One special thing is that this Tim Horton is especially clean compared with other Tim Horton. But I just order one Coffee waiting for 20-25mins. 4-5 ppl served for drive Thu even no order. They would not help the eat in orders. There are only 1.5-2 guys serving eat in ... but working slow. Maybe I need to queue up on the Drive Thur line that may be faster. The coffee is very sweet.
