Stopped in to try the DuckBurger. Monday special $12. Was asked if I would like a beer. Pabst Blue Ribbon on special ( no thanks!) All the other beers are warm. Just the burger please. So, a $16 dollar bill, like 35% more. Apparently, somewhere, NOT ON THE SIGN AT ... THE DOOR, there's some fine print. I felt conned. What do I do make a scene? Or just get cheated? Read more

Meal is good and enjoy catching up with the fellow friends from our pub that shut down as of covid loan pay back ( Union Jack pub )

Let me clear you guys that I go at this pub since last 2 years however this time it was something which I never witnessed. I went with my friends and we had a bill of $100 and we paid tips as usual. I have always paid tips in these 2 ... years. But this time there is one guy his name is JORGE who started racism and discrimination against us. We always try to tip best as per our pocket guys and I believe you all do same. When I stood up against racism and discrimination he started filming me and was trying to show that I am the one making scene after getting drunk. To be frank we just had 2 pitchers among 2 and food and we were playing pool. So when I protested against racism he said i will ban u from this pub and we will no longer serve you. I will say thanks for Banning me. No one here wants to get extorted in the name of TIPS and still face your RACISM. Owner needs to really think about of his staff and how they treat regular customers I was not even one time customer. Read more

A casual pub. Pretty standard pub fare. The server, Tara, is outstanding. Never seen such a bubbly, efficient waitress!! The owner is a very friendly guy who I’ve seen checking in with his patrons. The building itself, while very clean and well kept, is a tad ... outdated but a fun time can be had by all. Lively music. Gotta try the Duck burger! Not duck meat but it’s huge and delicious! I personally enjoy the good liquor and atmosphere at very fair prices all day. There Is happy hour on Wednesday and Friday where a shot of Jack is 4$. The fish and chips were superb. Overall a very decent bar which sports a pool table(or snookers, I'm not conversant in ... it to tell the difference). Although I found that the main waitress/bartender was very prejudiced to my friends and I. Hence the mid rating. Read more
