My go-to orders are the BBQ pork fried rice with sweet and sour chicken balls combo or the ginger beef, crispy prawns with fried rice combo. ... The ginger beef is sweet with a slight kick. Wow! Everything tasted absolutely delicious! Super satisfying North American Chinese Takeout. In fact, this is one of the best stereotypical Chinese foods I have ever had. Imagine a cartoon where they order Chinese takeout and you imagine how perfect it could taste and look and this is exactly it! That’s ... the best way I can describe it. Each dish tasted exactly like how I imagined it should taste. The deep fried chicken wings with garlic were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a hint of Chinese wine marinade which tasted fantastic. The deep fried tofu had the perfect soft chewy texture amongst lots of stir fried veggies including cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, and onions. The honey garlic spareribs were the perfect blend of sweet and savoury. The chow mein had lots of chicken and veggie bits and embodied everything chow mein should be.
