The best place for birthday cakes. I have done all my kids bdays customised cakes at this location. The cake decorators are very experienced. I highly recommend the specialty cake orders.

If I could 0 stars I would. when you call and pacifically place a special order for a birthday cake for pick up for the following day. Thoroughly tell the boy on the phone exactly what the order is for the birthday cake. Takes the order and places the order ... as seemed as through he understood the instructions of the order correctly. The next day my little cousin goes to pick up the order for the birthday cake. Only to be given the complete wrong birthday cake but was not aware until the following day for the surprise birthday when I go to pull the cake out and it’s completely wrong. When I have 14 people over for a surprise birthday. I then proceeded to call Dairy Queen and let them know the situation. Their first response was to replace me some thing in a few days. When told no, that doesn’t work as it’s now the day of the birthday during the surprise birthday party, and I will need to correct your birthday cake that I had originally placed an order for. I then sent my little cousin back to the store to pick up the cake. I originally ordered and was supposed to be given the day before. For them to look at my little cousin, like she was crazy because they messed up the entire order and gave us the wrong cake, then to only replace the replacement cake with still not the original cake that I had ordered and with a whole lot of attitude through and through. Thank you dairy queen for ruining the surprise birthday cake, and then still replacing the cake incorrectly. Wasting multiple trips back to the store and our time. Absolutely horrible customer service. And the entire situation was dealt with horribly. Pictures below of both incorrect cakes that will now not eaten. As a dairy queen, who specializes in birthday cakes, you sure as hell had no idea how to take an order for one nor correctly, give the person the correct birthday cake or correctly, correct the mistake.
