Okay first of all this location claims to be open 24 hours. What I don't like is how lazy these madafakers are! They close the dining room early and they don't care about the posted hours. They are very slow 🦥 they really need a lot of training. Please don't go ... there. Read more

BK blast needs to improve. Milkshake texture instead of an Ice cream with cookies or smarties.

If I could give a big ZERO I sure would . My girlfriend order via Skip . The driver shows up with the drinks...we say where is the food ....driver says ..what food ... he hands us the drinks and says he will see ... about refund after we show him the phone order ..My gf calls the store ...manger is overall is rude ...doesnt want to take ACTION and contact the driver even after she admits the driver took off without the food ..YET they didnt call him ...? This left my gf in tears dealing with this as its late at 2 am after she was at work.. I have noticed this location has had broken washrooms for a good years or longer ..... The staff need FAR better communication skills and customer service skill set as well ....Never coming back to this location as well . Treating customers like GARBAGE is NOT ok. Read more

This is ths worst location, by far. The employees don't check their orders. I have left the drive-thru with incomplete orders. The staff don't care, either. The attitude of the staff is so entitled. You may not like your job but at least do ... your job with integrity. Do yourself a favour, go the Burger King on 6th. The staff are friendly and they have never messed up my order there. Steer clear of the Columbia Square location. You'll be sorry. Read more
