Pizza Roma - Montreal, Quebec

This place embarrassed me, my usual pizza place was closed so I looked on UberEATS to find a pizza place close by with good reviews so I can order 2 pizza's for my family. Saw the good reviews stating this is 80's style pizza, that it's full of ingredients so I ... was exited, that's exactly what I want. I ordered and they came, when I opened the box, the cheese looked like the cheap cheese some of these low budget Halal pizza places have, the veggies were raw even though they were placed on top. There was barely any pepperoni, I mean ingredients in general were really lacking, it's like I did something bad to the person making my pizza and he was punishing me. The pizza was also raw in the center I was embarrassed, no one finished a piece, looked like a fool especially when my pissed off dad left with the 2 boxes (guessing he threw them out) and came back with pizza's from another place. I paid all together almost $60 for 2 large pizza's with UBER one, if you counted the savings it would be $15 more, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for giving a human being this quality of food. Finally found the best pizza in Montreal! I heard about this place from a friend and decided to try it.. ordered the sesame pizza dough with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, and a little bit of oil, it was delicious!! Ordered vegetarian for delivery. We order from this place almost every week. No olives,extra sauce. Almost always used to get it perfect. But their quality has declined recently. And today they completely lost me. They sent was looked and tasted like a reheated pizza with barely any sauce and burnt ... toppings. Totally surprised..never again. Not sure what their issue is, if they have a new cook, having a bad day. I called and there was no apology even..I had only ever complained once about a year ago. We were very happy with our order. We have not ordered there in years and we are pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the toppings. The sauce was tasty. It’s good value. 2 medium pizzas is around 30$. The guy at the counter was friendly. Pizza was decent, prepared on time. One thing they could work on might be the restaurant decor, it has kind of an early 2000s vibe. The pizza could use some more sauce, cheese and ... spices. But not too bad overall! Read more
