Not the best sushi. Made to order but definitely not fresh ingredients. Would skip and go to one of the other food outlets.
This place exceeded my expectations for an airport sushi/ramen/poke place. My girlfriend and I shared a ramen bowl and a half and half tuna/salmon poke bowl. We're from california where there is a poke place around every corner and this was on par with pretty much every place I've ... been. My one suggestion to the owners is give more rice in the poke bowl. There was veryyyyy little. The bowl was amazing, awesome fish, generous amount of avocado, awesome sauce combination, it just didn't fill me up. And for 13.95 it definitely should be filling you up. Not sure how expensive rice is in Montreal but giving 2 or 3 times (again there was very, very little compared to other places) the amount they gave would be ideal, and should cost you pennies (assuming rice prices are comparable). 5 stars with the asterisk that they give more rice in the future. Worst sushi shop ever ! We arrive at 7:40pm and the waitress urge us to order cause they close at 8. We understand the situation and order right away but everytimz we ask for something she tells us "no, we can't do that" and yell on us " faster !! ... Faster !!" e decided to not order and leave as we where apparently annoying her.... + She did not speak French and barrely spoke English which should not even be allowed when you work in a international airport in Canada... Sushi is good, ready made and not too pricy. Sometimes the ready made options aren't the best or no vegetarian option but overall very satisfied and so far never got sick from their sushi.

Makes it easy to buy bulk sushi for the ones who are in a hurry to get back to work, while at the same time offers options to buy single pieces of sushi and sit in the store to eat them.
