Restaurant Rio Pizza - Brossard, Quebec

Not the same Rio we knew and loved. Pizza crust seems frozen or at least tastes frozen. Ingredients just to say. We ordered via Uber app but went to pick it up. Ordered 2 same 16" + sides. When we got home realized order was wrong. We don't live ... far so we called and said order was wrong we're coming back to return it. She said she remembered us. We go back and then she tells us nothing she can do because it was ordered via uber app. I said why didn't you say that over the phone!! No apologies nothing. Got an all dressed pizza today. The pizza was hard, cheese burnt. Sauce very dry. Pizza over done. Crust is thin. Overall pizza too dry and tasteless. The change is not for the better

Wow!! Ordered 4 XL pizzas for a party. Came exactly at the time I asked for, was super hot and soooo delicious. Thank you very much!!! Everyone only had compliments. Will most definitely order again 😁

I’ve been ordering from this pizzeria for a long time … however lately the food quality and customer service has taken a bad turn … first incident , my pizza was made incorrectly I called back , they literally told me are you sure your pizza is incorrect , while ... I’m looking at it ! Rio Pizza is one of my favourites. It never disappoints and the portions are great. Their service is professional and efficient. They are always super nice when I order and pick up my food. I suggest all pizzas especially the Rio Boss and All Dressed. I also really like the ... calzoneghettis, spaghetti, lasagna, poutines and chicken wings.Thank you for feeding me deliciousness over the years.
