If you’re a health nut this place is definitely for you. Their bowls are delicious and very healthy. I am giving Copper Branch 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe that the portions could be bigger. My last meal felt a bit small and that wasn’t very pleasant. My girlfriend asked me to stop at this place for a smoothie she had a few days ago and I didn’t know this was a vegan place but was pleasantly surprised being my first time trying vegan. I had placed my order online to be picked up and I love how easy it is to customise your order and that you can select a pick up time that is convenient to you. I did noticed however that when I arrived to the restaurant, my order wasnt ready ... but they did assemble it in under 5 minutes. I'm not sure if this is the norm or if it was an outlier because the restaurant was dead, but it did leave my food fresh. The restaurant inside is bright and gorgeous and super modern. Really like that there are lots of bright windows. I ordered the aztek mini bowl and Asian mini bowl. The aztke bowl was my favourite and I loved all of the flavours in it. Being Asian myself I was a bit picky with the Asian bowl and there were lots of flavours which I wouldn't have put together so it's a bit too eclectic for my taste.
