My experience in the branch was the worst experience of my life, all because of the restaurant manager, Nina. The restaurant chain was the favourite for my family, friends, and myself from the Laval and West Island areas. Shame on any respectable restaurant that employs someone with such morals. Unfortunately, this ... was the first time I went to this branch. My daughter (she has special needs), my son, and I went to eat. I ordered my favourite meal, and likewise did my son. She asked me what you would ask for your baby girl, so I told her, “My child is in a special condition and only eats special food, so I will not order something for her.”. She said to me in a loud, un-mannered, and un-polite voice, “You are not allowed to bring her food with you... You must order her food from the restaurant… It is forbidden, so I don't know what the restaurant manager's opinion will be on that.”. I was mentally and psychologically hurt, so I told her that my daughter is a special case, but she just repeated herself, then left. I was shocked by her reaction, and it stabbed my heart. Especially considering my daughter’s special health condition; she is autistic, has difficulties swallowing, and only eats special food according to the orders of the doctors and the specialists following her condition from CLSC. Nina was not just satisfied with that, she preferred to give us racist looks back and forth wherever she moved until my son and I lost our appetite, we did not even touch our food. I could not bear it and said I would talk to her respectfully and explain to her that what she did was immoral and inhumane. I had to show her my daughter's report directed at her daycare, as that’s all I had on hand at the moment. I explain to her that my child is a special case Her reaction when she saw the report was rude, and mocked at the fact that it was for the daycare. She additionally said it's none of her business, and added to it, saying, “I have rules that I implement, and this is not my decision, this is the manager’s decision. “You are allowed to bring her food because your child is sitting in a high chair." she said at the end. Then, when I asked for the restaurant staff for her name, I found out that she was the manager, and she's the one who makes the decision. She could have just apologized and I would have forgiven her and not left the restaurant, but She is a liar in addition to having bad morals, and continued to be racist and ill-mannered until I paid my full account and left the restaurant. I tried to call and file a complaint at the branch. They told me that she is the manager, and your calls were to no avail, therefore, I will go to the Canadian judiciary and sue the entire restaurant if satisfactory and decisive action is not taken due to the mistreatment of this manager and the racism with which she dealt with us. Chicken tasted reheated. Was cold and dry. Server did not validated our complaints nor did he try to make us "happy". charged for mashed potatoes without being told there would be an extra charge. Salad bar was fine., but their famous chicken soup was cold and tasteless.

I went to another Scores before and I didn’t quite like it. This time I want to give it another chance. This Scores is inside a mall. We ordered dark meat takeout. The chicken is really really hard and is almost cold, and meat is tough. The skin is rubbery. ... The Cole slaw tastes like paper. Rice has very little flavour, not hot but the portion is big. One good point is the bun is toasted and the gravy is alright although not hot. The skin is a bit tasty but the chicken meat itself is tasteless. I’ll never order from here again. Read more

All need is a good music! Staff are very nice and fast! Wish I could choose my table, owner added that is not possible as no staff to cover the floor, well, that detail was not necessary at that moment, advice: if you see your client looking Happy please keep ... that smile on his face and if you see your client grumpy or sad try to improve the mood...price a bit high for the food value! Went here yesterday around 3pm for a late lunch. We both ordered the chicken breast with a side (12 dollars each) and came with no extra charge for unlimited salad, soup, fruit bar. Service was friendly and although we didn't speak French our waitress tried her best to accommodate us. ... Really quick service and food tasted great. Read more
