After being a devoted customer for many years, the staff made a mistake with my order. When I sent my son to notify them of the order, he was turned around because they claimed that the paper they received from their head office said otherwise. When I went back to ... ask about the error, I was told the same thing. It doesn't matter whether you are a new customer or a long time loyal customer, customer service is definitely not a priority here, but arguing with the customer is. I've always found the food to be mediocre at best here, but the kids love it and the service would usually be adequate. Now, with such argumentative staff, I can't see much reason to go here over any other discount pizza place. Read more

Good pizza at a fair price ! Although it's a shame you can't order halal options when placing the order on the phone.

Pizza was not fresh, the cheese was dry. Looked really rushed and just didn't taste as great as other Pizza Pizza restaurants. Pizza was cut horribly; each slice is uneven and some slices were just a strip of pizza. Breadsticks weren't horrible but they could have been better.

If I can, I will give them zero stars. I am ordering pizza from that place in past few years and it’s worse and worse every single time. Last time I ordered pizza with pepperoni and bacon, the bacon I can counting the pieces and tomato sauce it’s almost missing. ... One off the worst pizza that I ever eat. Read more
