Starbucks - Montreal, Quebec

This place is not clean when they give my coffee it smell like poops and when I drank this I vomit and all never come at this place and this is very disgusting

Awful costumer service today at Starbucks, Île Perrot location. I went by drive-thru and had some questions about their special offer for today. The lady was so rude and impatient, so much attitude. She then had another lady serve me and that lady had no patience and was very rude ... as well. Never ordering from Starbucks again. Only reason I go to Starbucks, and don’t mind spending a bit more on a coffee, is because of their amazing costumer service… but after being disrespected today I will not be supporting Starbucks anymore. They must have either recalibrated their machines, or they continue to charge me for an extra shot and don't give it to me. Shrinkflation. Shame. 7+bucks for a weak coffee, no thanks. @homebrew !

I went to see what cups they had and the employee was wiping down the shelf and had placed all the cups on the table. I went over to look and the employee greeted me and asked how they can help. I apologized for peering at the cups and asked ... if they had gotten any new cups. The employee, in a rude tone said "What does it look like I am doing?" I nervously chuckled as I thought clearly they meant it as a joke in poor taste. (Plus they could've been dusting the shelves? How would I know that it meant they had new cups?) The employee was stone faced. Not even a smile, he was not joking around. He then told me I can either wait 30 minutes til he's done or come back tomorrow.
