Starbucks - Montreal, Quebec

This place says it closes at 11 a.m. but when I arrived at 10:30 a.m., the staff no longer accepted customers. While yesterday when I arrived at 10:45 a.m., 2 other employees still volunteered to work for us 🥲🥲

I love this branch. I go there literally every day for the last year or so - the staff are always so welcoming and pleasant, it’s typically not too overcrowded so I can easily get some work done and feel very welcome to do so and stay as long as I ... need. The old Asian lady pulled liquid whipping cream in my 4 - supposed to be salted FOAM drinks. Does it look like there is foam in my drinks? 4 drinks. And they told me that the salted foam. That’s liquid lady. What makes you think I don’t know how a ... drink I buy 4-5 times per week supposed to look like? She legibly asked me :” is it Vietnamese drink?”. “No, we’re at Starbucks Madam.” And what’s wrong with me being Vietnamese? I spoke to you in English. I hope the manager read this.
