Starbucks - Montreal, Quebec

one star for the Starbucks name and logo that's it! But drinks is worth 2$ ... even Tim hortons taste better! I ordered from uber to this place and instantly regret everything I had , not only that the simple thing I requested was not followed. This is the last time ... I'm going to order here. Not worth the money paying for. Coffee that they made for me is lacking any taste. And the strawberry drink was so bitter. the candy cake taste like oil. After eating my stomach felt really bad. Their ham cheddar sandwich was so tiny for 9$ It's like a child's meal. I should have just ordered at the ( Cafe depot) Everything there taste really good. Read more

Clean hygienic cafeteria Friendly staff Good quality of coffee But the washroom was not cleaned

The service is slow. One guy was standing and talking to customers while 2 people were preparing coffees. Everyone waited an average of 10 minutes for their coffee. If they were short staffed I could understand. But one guy was just chatting it up with a customer while he watched ... his coworkers bust their tails. Read more

Some of the staff are super nice but I do think the wait times here are too long and the other day my mocha had this creepy thick goo. Maybe it was the milk and whipped cream congealing but it was almost a plastic texture.

5 stars for the coffee and the amazing customer service. The sweet compliments and "sweethearts" from the lady taking your orders will brighten up your day. :) They have a big seating place, so you will most probably get a place to sit and work also.
