We ordered on doordash. The receipt didn't match our order. We ordered 3 combos. They sent three burgers with 2 fries and 2 drinks. Also we ordered 3 diet cokes. We got 1 diet coke and 1 root beer. We called they wanted us to go and get them. If ... we could go we wouldn't order a delivery. Also they can't reimburse. They can't deliver the missing things. All in all zero customer service. Last time at A&W. The chicken was cooked in old and smelly oil so the taste was bad. My wife could not finish hers. The only good thing was the french fries. All the other franchises have very ordinary French fries but this place had good ones. Also, the use ... of real glass to serve beverages is not safe since it takes very high temperature dishwashers to eliminate bacterias and germs. One could endup with shingles or some nasty health problem just by forgetting to use the straw, which most do. Read more

We ordered this in. It travelled well. Nice packaging. Very good all dressed cheeseburger. Not crazy about poutine sauce, but good cheese and fries. I’m told that the Beyond Meat burger is good.

I love to eat once in a while an Uncle Burger cheddar bacon burger and delicious sweet potato fry! Excellent and fast service. Always clean in the restaurant and impeccable washroom. Family place for sure but drive through and fast service. Always fresh

I honestly don't often eat breakfast at any fast-food chain but happens sometimes and must say that the A&W breakfast is the best ever. Reason being just feels like someone made if do you. Crisp bacon 🥓 /egge feels like done on the spot, everything feels fresh. Really appreciate and it ... taste good. Best one compare to any other fast-food chain breakfast.
