Worst service i have ever had. I patiently waited this morning while the cashier did not know how to answer the questions of the woman in front of me which took a while, there was no one else but me. As i waited i must have moved a bit to ... the left of the cashier, during this time 2 other people came in. When my turn finally came, the man said because i am standing to the left and not to the right in line he will not serve me!!!! I love the staff at this location they are so friendly and personable!! I love sitting at the window and people watching and you can also sit outside on the large patio. The pastries are fresh and the drinks are delicious. I also like the points/rewards program and the Wifi ... is fast and reliable if you are working or studying. Having been to numerous Second Cups in Toronto, this Montreal location one is definitely well above average. Friendly staff, clean store, great Batista who made my drink perfect with no confusion and delay. Just overall a great experience and left a good impression.

Been to many Second Cup locations, though service and lattes have always been very good, so far I can say this is where, I got the best service from the best barista. My vanilla latte was always made to perfection and he always made sure that it was up ... to my taste. Definitely the kind of employee that you wanna keep or steel. I sadly don’t remember his name. In terms of food choice, it’s a bit limited (in all Second Cup), but honestly, I go there mainly for the coffees and lattes, plus their cakes and pastries are pretty good too. The only thing bugging me now, is that I’m not a big fan of their rebranding, as the look and feel of most Second cup coffee shops now are colder and a bit less inviting.
