After witnessing a table of three teenagers loudly chew out the server for politely inquiring into their lack of gratuity, I can now understand where all these "bad" reviews come from. Listen. Our bill came out to about what it would have if we'd gone to the island for dinner and had a couple of drinks there. We were not shocked when the little option on the debit machine asked us to enter a gratuity percentage. And we definitely did not yell at our server. Read more
