Restaurant Amir - Mont-Royal, Montreal, Quebec

I’m currently suffering from food poisoning so maybe don’t go here Update: 3 days later and I am still suffering the consequences from the “chicken shawarma” that POISONED me. If you value ur life DO NOT GO HERE.

I was waiting for someone to dine in this restaurant. While I was waiting I went to use the bathroom, when a worker denied me to use it and started to question if I was actually waiting for someone (in front of the whole restaurant). I asked if I could ... use the bathroom and make the order later, when my sister arrives, but was told that bathroom is only for clients. Then I just left, because was shocked by this service. Fresh and tasty food. Service was quick and big clean dining area.

This branch of Amir is not good! It seems barely open, non welcoming and food does not taste fresh nor well prepared, I visited twice and both experiences were not worth it! Plus, one time the accountant tried to add his own tip before passing to me.

We ordered Amir combo taouk shawarma platter. All ingredients are added in the platter. Sauce, Potatoes are ok. Beef meat taste undercooked and having bad odour. Overall, taste is not that good. We had the same dish from Amir gouin ouest that was ultimate. But, this outlet needs improvement.
