Family of 4 came in at 6pm to celebrate Father's Day. Waited 20 minutes to get seated. There was no line, just no one came to seat us. Most customers seated already had their food. Once we were finally seated, we waited another 25 minutes, and no one came to ... take our order. The washroom, smelt very strongly of urine and was filthy. My boyfriend and I have been regulars at this location for almost 2 years! It is affordable and the food is great every time. Service is amazing, I don't know his name but every time we go we are served by the same gentleman, he is kind and knowledgeable! He ... answers every question with a great attitude and never brushes it off like servers in other locations would. I believe he's the manager of this location but I'm not 100% sure! Went here the other day and it was a really nice experience. It was quite busy and there was only 1 waitress working. She was still very polite and kept us up to date.
