Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had in quite some time. We had the mozzarella sticks and they were very good. Hot and crispy on the outside with a great cheese pull. My gf got the peach rose frozen drink and it was delicious. The only other appetizing ... thing we had was the kids fingers meal for her son. It really all just went downhill from there. The Budda Boomers that we received had a very chemical taste to them (tasted as if the dishes were washed and replaced on the line to be used while still having sanitizer in them). The tasting trio was cold and the chicken parm on it was burnt.(I've been a chef for 20+ years and you could easily tell by the dried out pasta that it had sat in the window for quite some time.) They did remove it from the bill. My fettuccine Alfredo had a couple pieces of dry chicken on top and the rest of it was bland with no real taste to it. Every single dirty dish that we managed to accrue sat at the edge of the table for the entire meal. We saw our server maybe 3 times the entire night. Overall it was a terrible experience and I'm sad we wasted our Tuesday night out on going someplace that obviously just doesn't care about the product they put out to their customers. I should also mention that the bowl my pasta came in had a very dark black rim around the inside edge of it. It does not require to much effort to actually clean your plateware. The kitchen manager is not doing a great job of managing his staff on cleaning it seems. Read more

It had been over 10 years since I last been to this place, and well, now I know why I have not been here often. To start, their garlic bread was definitely delicious, and if I were to go back, I would probably order a full order of that 😂. I ... took their spaghetti with meatballs, and it was super bland. Not really much taste every other restaurant in town makes it a million times better. Don't waste your time here go to Carabba's or Rossano's. My mother's boyfriend also took a spaghetti, and his was the meat sauce, and it literally tasted like it went bad like expired. The staff was really jot organized, tables where left dirty and not cleaned and we had time to eat our full meal and they still had not cleaned them. When i went to washorrm, and saw the kitchen, they seemed very disorganized. It really did not look like they were organized like other kitchen you pass by and see. Can never go wrong here - the food is Always a good Value and more times then not we end up with Leftovers for lunch the next day. The soups and Caesar Salad are top notch (which is a rarity these days). I absolutely love the Italian Soda as well ... (nice to try something different that costs the same as pop). The pasta I did however find starchy/heavy... just didn't have that clean pasta texture. Everything else was Amazing -even the Decor/Atmosphere. My lovely wife Pat entered while I parked our car. Soon as I entered I was directed to where Pat was patiently sitting. Quickly ordered our drinks and what we wanted to eat. Having noticed that Pat left her phone at home, which holds her scene card. I volunteered to go ... get it while Pat had her soup and munched on the endless supply of bread. Our place is only a 5 minute drive. Once back, noticed bread gone. Wonderful waitress came by and let us know our orders would not take long. She volunteered to bring more bread which was quickly endorsed by both Pat and I. This waitress was kind enough to have the cook(s) hold our order until I returned from going home. Great understanding and responsibility with staff at this location. We both always enjoy eating here. Both Pat and I had enough left overs for our next meal. I personally enjoy the many pictures upon this restaurants walls. Did a little tour on the way to and from their clean washrooms. I highly recommend this place. Read more
