My family and I went to Chop to celebrate my graduation. We had an absolutely amazing time, everything was perfect. I've worked front and back of house at restaurants, and I have to say the steak I ordered was perfectly cooked and that I was also really impressed with our ... server and everyone who came by our table. We celebrated our anniversary at Chop this weekend and it was great! We tried their cocktails which were very tasty and generous. Appetizers were the mussels ( totally worth it!) Loved the sauce! This was our first time at Chop Steakhouse and the experience was wonderful. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a great atmosphere. Our server Gavin was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He paid great attention to my daughter's allergies and explained the selection of dishes very well. It was ... my mom's birthday and both Gavin and the manager Barry made sure to make her feel special. We had a few starters, but the wild mushroom and goat cheese dip was simply amazing.
