The food satisfied my hunger for middle eastern cuisine. The service and staff could be more approachable but nonetheless, they are doing their job. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of a food court is hard to appreciate. Kids can be seen running around and/or blocking your way in certain areas.

Seriously disappointing. Was charged more than the advertised price. It was just a dollar difference but that's still misrepresentation. And especially upon mentioning it, cashier should have adjusted the price. They said we have told the owner so many times to change the price. I love middle astern food, but this place, I favoured for so many years every time I go to Square on, however, the last year or so, the quality of the food have been declining dramatically, the customer service is just dry, no smile from anyone that works there. I ... have attached a photo of what was ordered, I personally do not mind paying any amount for a decent meal, but to have such horrendous, very dry meal in front me, I just could not let it go. The Kofte did not taste or look like Kofte, the falafel was the absolute worst i have tried and the Tabbule, I make 10 times better one at home, and I am not even a cook. I asked for the manager, and instead of trying to absorb my disappointment and frustration, he insisted that the food is good and all their customers were satisfied. Unfortunately for him, he has no way of knowing that if no one posts a review, most people at square one food court, have a million options, and I can assure you, that if anyone went to eat from this place, anything beyond their mediocre Shawarma, will be very disappointed and will never go back..
