No complaints. This hotel does everything it should. It's close to the airport, provides shuttle service, a place to stay, and a complimentary breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet (there's a golf course to the back, so that helps) and is walkable to several restaurants. Note that you'll need ... to call to have the shuttle come pick you up. Great room, the jacuzzi is spacious and works fine. There are different light colors on top of the jacuzzi, which is really cool and helps change the mood. They have red, green, blue/violet and white. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave were really clean and functioning ... well. Your typical Best Western nothing extraordinary. Rooms & beds are comfortable but definitely a little on the dated side. Complimentary breakfast is basic but fulfilling. They do offer an airport shuttle aswell. Plenty of free parking around the hotel is an added bonus. Rooms are certainly outdated, but when you have a layover or need a bed to sleep on, this does the trick. Lots of great mentions: - Breakfast is delightful and so many options. My toddler loved the waffle maker and felt gourmand! - The beds are seriously so comfortable for a lower end ... hotel option. We were very surprised. - Quiet. Our toddler son felt to be the only noise in the hotel. Sorry to everyone who probably needed rest! I'm hoping it was quiet for everyone and that it had to do with the walls! - Bath products were nice quality for the most part. They even included mouthwash just because! Thought that was pretty nice. - Nice hot water for showers and baths. Nice large tub. Not great mentions: - Internet. We could never access it. - Shuttle Service is unreliable and takes forever... we waited at terminal for 1.5 hours. Called hotel on three occasions looking for it. We kept being told "20 minutes" each time we called... But, lo and behold, it was not 20 minutes. Times that by about 5! - Check-in was ok. We noticed some guests were given a bottle of water. We were parched from our flight and weren't given any. We ended up having to order water from Door Dash, unsure if the water was drinkable in the room. We were waiting next in line, and another staff hopped on and helped guests further down the line without helping us first which bothered us as we were first in line ;-) Might just be out angst after flying 5 hours and waiting 2 hours in the airport. We really just needed to sleep. - Used shower caps left on our toiletry bar. :/ All in all, if you need a comfy bed and a breakfast to jet set you on your next adventure, this hotel has what you need. Overall it was a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was tasty and filling. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well. The only thing that could make it better is they paid more attention to the small things like including bottled water and slippers. The room ... is a bit out of date as you can tell it has not been renovated recently. However, this is to be expected at this price point. I would definitely book again. Read more
