Do not put your money here. I had a credit with Gigi, the daughter of the owner who handled accounts of over $1500 and only managed to get 4 massage sessions in. This morning when I called to book a session, turns out there is new ownership in place and ... no sign of Gigi or her whereabouts. They did not transfer my credit file to the new owners obviously, and I have been literally robbed off my money. That'll teach me a lesson not to run after good massage deals in the future. Have had a good experience until lately when there has been change in ownership. This place changes owners like underwear. Had bought a voucher through Groupon. Subsequent visits have been nightmare as had an appointment and walked out because price quoted over the phone was different than when I got ... there. Go figure. They are all about making a quick buck. Their massage chairs have broken for over a year and no signs of replacement or fixing. The handles are broken and dangerous. Some staff have no clue of what they doing. I guess that is what you get for 'minimum wage'. Spend a few bucks extra and go to a place where you will walk out with a smile!! DO NOT GO!! Read more

“Horrific”... that is a fitting word for our experience at Dixie Square Health Clinic. I am not one to complain and feel I give a more than fair chance when receiving a service as I know that my expectations are about average.. But my experience with this location, their staff, the ... services provided and their facility was very, very below average and I would highly caution you to not waste your time or money. I purchased (2) of the packages which include a paraffin wax hand treatment, 60 minute massage and a facial for my sister and I for her birthday. They apparently are no longer open on Sundays and the woman who does facials does not work Saturdays, so we were forced to rush there after work during the week and were unable to book an appointment for a relaxing weekend visit as we had intended. Upon arrival, the waiting room is messy and dirty. The receptionist was very unprofessional, in sweatpants and a t-shirt. Although she was nice... I would have expected a bit more professionalism in a health clinic. We were then taken into the room with 2 beds which were rickety and uncomfortable. The sheet was tiny. The facial was nice and the steam machine was relaxing… the only decent part of this experience. I cannot stress enough, how terrible the massage was. The lady leaned all over you while she was massaging with one hand. I expressed my discomfort and pain many times to her and asked her NOT to touch my low back due to a prior injury and she “forgot” many times. It was a very painful experience. The massage was sloppy... she did not use any oil until about half way through so all I got was a dry hand, open palm, back rub… just terrible. I actually had to cut the massage short as I couldn’t stand laying on my stomach anymore dealing with this terrible experience. To top it off, they didn’t think that our groupon included a paraffin hand wax (which it did) and they didn’t have the wax heated up! We showed the receptionist our groupons when we arrived and she put in the computer all of the information. Perhaps she was half asleep… she was after all basically in her pyjamas. We had to re-schedule another time to go back to get this service – total waste of time. When we went back for the hand wax, they put us in their 2 pedicure chairs which 1 had both arms broken off and the other had the arms in tact but the massage mechanics were broken. This place is a total dive. The staff have absolutely no clue what they are doing. You are better off saving your money and not putting yourself through this shotty service. Anyone who says this place is a deal and the service was good, either have too much money to spend and don’t care or have literally never been touched by a good masseuse. Do not go. Read more

The person that I had has no knowledge of foot massage therapy. The pain areas were not targeted even though she was told of the areas that cause pain. The two foot massage chairs were in poor condition and the foot rests could not be adjusted making the whole experience ... unbearable. Was happy when the hour was over.
