Kailash Parbat - Mississauga, Ontario

We went there on July 4th. My favorite dishes are chola bhatura and I am going to go there again to eat it. After a long time, I found non stretchy bhatura here. It's big round size and crispy. Another dish that I like was sevaiyan chat papdhi.

This place exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring every guest felt welcomed and well-cared-for. However, some dishes were slightly oily, a minor concern for those watching oil intake, but it did not detract significantly from the overall enjoyment. The chaat and pani puris were highlights, capturing the essence of Indian street food with a delightful mix of tangy, spicy, and sweet elements. The chaat was a mix of flavors and textures, and the pani puris were crispy, filled with refreshing, flavorful water. I wanted to like it so much, but it's 3.5* at best. The food was s good, and the price is very reasonable. However, the awkward seating and wrong orders were bothersome.
