Amazing to be there and eat authentic Pakistani food. I had breakfast/brunch and ordered Nihari, halwa puri, Omelette, lacha paratha, puri paratha and naan. Wrapped it with Karak chai ☕️. I recently visited Zauq Restaurant and had an exceptional dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that truly represented the best of Pakistani cuisine. Dined here for the first time. Did not have a reservation, so had to wait around 35 minutes for a table on a Saturday night. We were really unfamiliar with Pakistani cuisine, so we had a lot of questions for our waitress. Please note that portions are huge!! Potentially enough for 2 ... people, we were 4 people and ordered 3 dishes. Definitely enough! And if u do not eat spicy food! BEWARE! There are items on the menu with a chilli pepper sign, we stayed clear of those.. but the biryanis and Tarahi were also HOT!! 🥵 Delicious but hot!!! At the end, when we went for pay our bill, we noticed our waitress had written on our order “mild” and “less spicy” without us even asking, haha! She just knew from our order! The ambience and good is quite good. Reservation is highly recommended as this place is always bustling with people. The server was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food food take longer than the usual time but it was really good. We ordered mix bbq platter and chicken karahi. There was a ... mix up with our bread order which was rectified aswell. I was here for dinner after reading through the review. I was not disappointed and it was worth the reviews. The place has got a cult appearance and aesthetically decorated dining space. The food was delicious but a bit oily for mt palette.
