We had a great time here, thanks to our server, Vanya. She was super friendly and made us feel like at home. She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations for the menu. She was especially great with our kids, keeping them ... happy. This time, we got mussels in Thai curry sause. That, too, was delicious, I was so eager to taste it when I got it before taking the picture. After the first taste, it was hard to stop for the photo. Sorry

Finally decided to try this place out, after living in the area for decades. I was pleasantly surprised with the value of the Wing Special: 4lbs of wings and 1 domestic pitcher of beer for $55! For the wing lovers - The wings are NOT breaded. We tried the Chipotle ... BBQ, Hot & Honey Garlic, Medium and Dry Cajun. All the sauced wings were delicious. The dry Cajun was just okay - if I were to get a dry wing again, it wouldn’t be the Cajun flavour. We did not try out any other food here. The place was BUSY as hell on a Friday night. Good menu, good food. The chicken club was pretty small (see photo) but tasty. The grilled calamari is pricy but you get a good sized portion. Our server was super nice. I had called ahead and asked to make a reservation to see the Grey Cup while we ate, and the ... woman manager was put off by this and said she'd put it on 1 tv just for us but we'd have to sit in the back. When the half time show was coming up we asked if they could switch the audio in the room to the show (the audio that was on was just playing ads as the game had ended) and she refused. The manager seems to upset the servers and other customers by not supporting a Canadian sport , on the day of a huge event (happening less than an hour away!) I hope the manager treats her customers and employees better to ensure a better atmosphere. Read more

Lively neighbourhood bar with a patio. Good for drinks, food and conversation. We always seem to order the Grilled Calamari ($18) and Mussels in white wine garlic ($16.50) so I guess you can say they’re pretty good . We’ve also tried the Fried Calamari ($17) which are not the usual ... rings you would normally expect but nether the less pretty good, Fish Tacos ($5.25 each) and Oysters on ‘Oyster Tuesday’ (This time they had P.E.I. Lucky Limes). My sister loves the French Rose and says it’s the best Rose she’s ever had. The washrooms could do with a little maintenance. Read more
