Ordered a Gyro. When the employee rang in the bill, I questioned him in it. Charged me 12.99 for the gyro when it's listed as 11.50. He said he doesn't make the rules, he just works here. My recent visit here was extremely disappointing and far from the authentic Greek dining experience I had hoped for. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by a horrid smell that permeated the entire space. With the washroom doors left open, it seemed as though something had died, creating a ... huge turnoff right from the start. This severe odor issue needs urgent attention as it severely impacts the dining environment. The beef and lamb wrap I ordered was equally disappointing. The meat was incredibly chewy and of noticeably low quality, making it quite unpleasant to eat. Authentic Greek cuisine typically features tender, high-quality meats, and the dish I received did not meet these standards at all. Adding to the negative experience, I noticed papers, including what appeared to be personal documents or bills, scattered on the tables. This is not only unprofessional but also poses a risk to customer privacy and data security. Ensuring a clean and organized environment is essential for both the comfort and safety of diners. It’s disheartening to see the decline in restaurant quality, and experiences like this make one consider cooking at home instead. I strongly urge the management to address these critical issues—improving cleanliness, food quality, and overall organization. In conclusion, my experience was a waste of money due to the poor food quality and unappealing atmosphere. This place used to be a good one, for under $20.00, you can get a very big portion of rice, meat, salad, etc. But something happened to this place. The food quality has gone down so much. I ordered something like Beef and Lamb on rock for take-out, and when I ... started to eat, everything tastes like rocks. The rice not fully cooked, the beef so dry and hard, and the lamb like stones. I don't know how anyone can eat such food, totally garbage and waste of money, cost me 18 dollars, and I had to throw it out into the garbage bin. Should have just gone to Subway for something fresh and simple. So bad, and the worst experience ever. Will try to stay away from this place in future, no matter how limited the choices there might be in this area. Rather starving than going to this place again.
