Good reviews, high hopes… feels like when you find a short checkout line at Costco only to be disappointed it’s short for a reason. I had ordered Halibut + Fries, and Onion rings. The food was over saturated with oil, fries were brown, same with the onion rings. There was such a ... small amount of halibut I almost needed my driving glasses to see it, it too was over cooked… took a steak knife to cut through the batter. Another note… I should have looked around at the condition of the restaurant before ordering. While waiting I could see small flies on most surfaces. Dust, old plant leaves, spiders nest behind the plant as well. I wonder when there was a surprise inspection last done? The food didn’t sit well overnight / next morning. I regret coming here. Such an underrated gem in Mississauga. While unassuming from the outside, they offer great prices for the food with everything being freshly made.
