Pizza Hut - Mississauga, Ontario

I'm not usually one to complain about takeout and almost never seek retribution...but I was so very dissatisfied with my order at this location, that I feel this negative review is completely justified. Pizza Hut is a rare treat for my spouse and I because of it's obvious expensive price, ... and usually it's totally worth every penny but there was absolutely nothing enjoyable or tasty about our order tonight. Pizza #1 was supposed to have double cheese and double pineapple which was definitely not the case - and if this was their idea of "double" I'd hate to see a pizza with the regular amount. Crust style was "deep dish pan pizza" and usually it's deliciously fried, crispy and crunchy not dry and better compared to cardboard. I hardly could get through my second slice. A complete failure. Upon opening the box of Pizza #2 it immediately looked totally unappetizing. Not the greasy goodness we look for in pizza but dry and flimsy.... And was apparently made into a thin crust, despite us not ordering it this way. It was so paper thin, it could be probably be measured as 0.01mm, and had holes in some areas beneath the thin layer of cheese! So all in all... Dinner was ruined. Our money was wasted. And now I'm just hangry. (that means hungry and angry if you didn't know) Neither my spouse nor I could even finish two full slices, and the rest went into the garbage. We will absolutely NOT be returning to this location and will likely be contacting head office for some compensation. To the staff at the Hurontario, Pizza Hut location...a little more effort and attention to quality would go along way in avoiding customer complaints such as this one. Read more

I love this place! Super friendly and attentive wait staff. The garlic fingers are soo delicious . The Caesar salad actually has real bacon in it. The pizzas themselves have lots of cheese and ingredients. When we dine at this location I know we will get what ... we ordered and if there was an issue I have full confidence that they would resolve the issue (not that I have had an issue) Read more

Me and my coworkers went in for a weekday buffet Great price and great selection pizzas were fresh and plenty and the salads were yum! Great selection of vegetarian pizza as well. Also liked the dessert pizza.

My colleague and I were the only customers when we sat in for a Monday night, 7pm meal. The service was therefore quick, polite and efficient. The lady serving us was courteous and attentive, coming around to our table about 5 times during our meal. As far as the food ... goes, it wasn't bad. The food was good, ordered the dinner for 2 combo. Which was more than plenty for 2. The service though was terrible!!! It took them 10mins before they even greeted us at the table, which we sat ourselves at. Took them forever for anything. Would probably recommend take out rather ... than sit in. Read more
