Domino’s - Mississauga, Ontario

This pizza store has worst customer service. Around 9pm June 24, I ordered a regular veggie pizza and I got it half fine and half with no cheese . I went into the store to let them know and the lady took it while huffing and went put some cheese ... on it, not even a minute later took it out of the oven and handed to me . I asked for a refund or to make a new one the lady cut me off and said no. Customer service jobs need to pick qualified candidates who know how to deal with customers and handle situations professionally. I am very disappointed and will not be going back after this experience . Maybe head over from now on to pizza-pizza instead. Read more

I notice a lot of people complaining about this restaurant. I would like to say from my experience of always ordering pizza from here that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the pizza. It’s always hot and cooked very well. Additionally the orders are done really quick and I honestly never ... have to wait for long periods of time. I would also like to mention Ankit who I see often as he’s very friendly and prepares the food very fast and well done and in general just gets the job done and because of that I have no issues with this place and will continue to come back for sure! I'm absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Domino's. I ordered a pizza, expecting a hot and tasty meal, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The pizza arrived looking pale and sad. Upon opening the box, I was hit with the unmistakable smell of raw dough. The ... cheese was barely melted, and cutting into it confirmed my fears - the center was cold and doughy, practically inedible. Hoping to resolve this issue, I called the store to explain the situation. What happened next left me speechless. The employee on the phone actually said, "You can complain as you want, we won't do anything." I was stunned by this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This level of poor service is unacceptable. Not only did Domino's fail to provide a properly cooked pizza, but they also showed a complete lack of interest in addressing their mistake. It's clear that this Domino's location doesn't value its customers or take pride in its product. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for years, but this experience has ensured I won't be ordering from them again. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend a business that serves subpar food and treats its customers with such disrespect. Save your money and time - go elsewhere for your pizza needs. Read more

The delivery driver kicked my door, he was late delivering. The food was cold and the wings had sauce on the box and not on the wings ? The store then hung up on me when I called and complained. Don’t order here on Uber or at the store. Terrible ... service. Read more
