Great hot hamburger plate. It’s huge and there’s no skimping on the gravy. Big hamburger, fried onions, fries, salad and two pieces of garlic bread. I couldn’t finish it all. Price is fantastic for the amount.

Surprised by how high the average rating is. The building is dumpy and old. TVs are from 1975 when they opened. Customer service was weak. I'd say my burger was burnt but that's how they were all cooked, so it's very well done? Decent pricing even if they have raised prices compared to all the ... most recent menus I found online. Super Mack special! 2 huge patties with bacon and cheese with all toppings. Also a buttload of fries and a medium drink. Fries are unsalted but there is a station where you can salt them yourself. This place is a must!! Only reason i didn't give 5stars is because the card machine didn't take my card from an American bank, but they have an atm. Not aware of amount of food so I got the triple mack with gravy fries! I think I'm in a food ... coma! Will definitely come back here every single time I'm in Toronto! Read more

The Super Mack combo is good and affordable. The burger is grilled to perfection, the fries taste really good and their gravy is super! However...major turn off is the actual condition of the store.. it looks very run down..there are some dusty old flowers on top of the garbage ... bins that look like have never been dusted.. some parts of the ceiling leak...the place needs a renovation bad!
