recently visited Bourbon Grill and had an average dining experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. The noodles and chicken were particularly disappointing, lacking flavor and seasoning. Despite being told that the chili chicken was spicy, it turned out to be only mildly so, with ... barely a hint of heat. Additionally, the entire meal lacked sufficient salt, making it quite bland overall. On a positive note, I did enjoy the vegetables, which were well-prepared and tasty. The rice and noodles were so bland and they charge for anything extra. Needed more hot sauce but they charge for that as well. Portions aren’t as big as other locations and found a hair in my food… Leaving very disappointed will not go back. Get Shanghai instead.

This location is high way robbery! Avoid eating here. For $12.99 plus taxes, the serving was too small and the worst is, their chicken is fried dough! My wife cut all her chicken pieces in halves to see and yes, surprisingly a lot of them were only fried dough! ... Some had barely chicken in it. It was like eating pure flour! Digusting business! Disgusting food. The brocolli and chicken tasted very bad. The carrots and some brocolli tasted very stale. When asked for hot sauce they gave a small tiny pack. When asked for more they said they have to charge. This is the first time I am hearing such ridiculous charges. The ... food was $16 for brocolli and chicken! I will be thankful if I don't get stomach upset after eating the food from here. Food is literally tasteless and few tasted stale. If you want tasty food don't come here. I wouldn't be surprised if they close within 1 year. I went back to give my feedback about the stale food and carrots. The lady just smiled and proceeded to keep serving other customers. If someone tells you that your food is stale wouldn't you take action to taste it and then take appropriate course of action? I usually go to grill it up across from this one and the food is always fresh there. It is also much cheaper. For $14 you will get brocolli, chicken and noodles. Read more
