My friend and I frequent the Kelsey’s at Grand Park. We usually sit in for the Thursday wings special over our monthly catch up. It was our first time being served by Payton and she took care our table. She was friendly and always carried a smile, checking up on ... us from time to time to see if our food and everything else around us was to our liking. We would have grabbed dessert, which was recommended to us, but we didn’t have much room after our bite. An attitude like Payton’s should be the standard when serving customers. We had a work-team dinner here and Jennifer attended to our party. She was polite, got our orders correctly, and made us happy. I had the bbq bacon burger with sweet potato fries, and our party had appetizers; nachos and some bread and dip. This was my first ever visit ... to a Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse and I liked it. Their wings are good too; ate some out of a friend’s meal. Folks in my party had steak, Alfredo pasta, broccoli soup and they all loved their meals. They also have some 1/2 prices wine bottle on Wednesday and a couple of other promos during the week. Jennifer was nice and paid attention to our needs. Thank you so much Jennifer, we appreciate you. Checking out the good reviews, I decided to visit Kelsey on a Friday evening but what a DISAPPOINTMENT!! 1. SERVICE - Our server Valentina was nowhere to be found..Every time we needed her, we had to ask other servers to call her !! In fact once a different server provided us ... with a Box because Valentina was nowhere in sight. Extremely BAD 2. Food - The Cajun shrimp was just refried bits of shrimp and no vegetable fry in the mix as advertised. Please see the attached picture The Coleslaw was just bits of shredded cabbage thrown on the plate. Ribs were cold, Onion rings were droopy. Returned the entire plate of food - Photos attached. 3. Ambience - The only good thing about the place was the ambience, lively and well spaced out. However this was a Definite NO for me! Spending around $ 90- 100 is not worthwhile here. Read more

Great service and casual vibe. The food is good, with large portions. We got the vheese and spinach dip, shrimp appetizer, shrimp alfredo pasta, lemon and basil salmon, nashville hot chicken sandwich with onion rings.
