I would have given them a zero out of 5. Worst customer service. Gave me the wrong order, and I had to throw the whole food. Bun was rock hard. When I called them back, they didn’t even listen to me, and said it was your fault. We are paying ... for it, and you treated us like we are asking it for free. The sandwiches are expensive and in change you are giving the food like this? And on the top of it you are not even accepting your mistake. I wrote a positive review for this location 3 years ago. Unfortunately the service levels at this location have considerably gone down. On my recent visit on the 19th of June the person behind the counter I believe his name was Deva. He got my order wrong when all I asked for was ... onions & Hero Sauce (they forgot the Onions). I also got a Junior Hero Burger with cheese he added Blue Cheese to the order & I corrected him as cheese meant regular standard Cheddar cheese. Later on I find out Blue Cheese is more compared in price to Cheddar cheese. He never bothered to offer me the difference. Well done. Never giving them my business. Read more

This is the most amazing location of Hero certified burgers I went too. Amazing suggestions by the person who took my order and then table service where I had to not stand and wait for my food. Soul burger was amazing with sautéed+crispy onions. The blue moon is a dripping, succulent sensation. So good you gotta try not to finish it all in seconds. Fries and I onion rings are excellent. Higher on the price scale ($8-$20) but well worth the money.
