The coconut drinks with red bean or strawberry are the best ! Ive been eating Banh Mi my whole life...even if the cost is higher, I feel more satisfied eating Banh Mi here rather than one from a grocery store. Im not much on milk tea...I just come for the ... above mentioned items. I once came in and bought 20$ worth of Banh Mi....ate them all with a friend in one day. The banh mi, pork skewers and the spring rolls were amazing went a little wild with ordering today. Honestly I haven't had a bad experience here and the prices are so good. I always get the Red Bean bubbly tea it's just too good.

Hands down the BEST bubble tea and amazing, cheap Vietnamese subs. The owners are such lovely people to talk to as well. I don't visit often since I moved but it still holds a place in my heart. :)

Absolutely LOVE this place for slushies, bubble tea and Banh Mi baguettes!! I com3 here once every two weeks. Their assorted baguettes are great. The owners are super nice which makes for an excellent customer experience.

Their bubble tea is decent. But their food is really good. I got a Vietnamese beef stew and the beef was amazing and so was their broth. Also their banh mi does not dissapoint! They have different types of bang mi and their quality is the best!
