Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill - Mississauga, Ontario

All things considered and the excellent value for money food that Swiss Chalet serves, I would highly recommend giving it a try. If doing takeout, the deals are even better. The chicken entrees and hot chicken sandwich are family favourites, as well as the Chalet chicken soup as a side/starter.

I ordered the Veggie Burger and a Coke. It was a deconstructed burger requiring some assembly which, honestly, I wasn't expecting. It didn't taste bad, but with just Ketchup and Relish as condiments, it wasn't the greatest. Of these 3 stars, the lady waiting on our table gets 2.

My first time to this restaurant was a very pleasant experience. Very clean, professional staff and the food was great. I ordered the 8 piece Nashville hot wing combo and it was awesome. So awesome, I went back the next day to order the same. Sadly it didn't measure up ... to the first time but still good. I'm very open yo try different menu options from Swiss Chalet. Read more

Waited an hour for our meals and when they arrived our “bun” was half a hotdog bun. Literally a hot dog bun!! They don’t serve hotdogs so where did this come from??? We went here on our way to a flight expecting some good and fast service and we are ... completely dissatisfied with what we got. Read more

First time at this location. Must say it was clean and staff were friendly for the most part. My 1 star comes from the waiter that actually served my table. She never checked up on us while we were eating to refill drinks and disappeared the entire time we ate. ... Had to tell my son to go find her and ask if we could get more water, as we had finished it waiting for the food to come. After she said she was going to get me water, she never came back. The third time she came back I asked her again for the water. She also never asked simple questions that waiters are supposed to ask to make their customers feel welcome such as “how was your meal”, “can I get you dessert”. Service overall was slow, which was frustrating because it was not busy, as we got there just 5 minutes after they first opened at 11am. Because our table was never attended to, our plates/cups were never cleared and pulled up. I’m sorry to say but this was of the worst services I’ve ever received from a waiter. Read more
