Worst experience second time in row where you have to wait for hours at immigration on arrivals. Landed at 2:30 PM and was stuck at immigration until 10 PM. I had a PR card and my wife with CoPR and they told me to wait in the normal line but a ... similar case where the second person with the PR card holder was a visitor had been moved to the Priority line. The most rudest security ever on Terminal 3 where you pickup.They are so disrespectful to everyone.
Customs is holding passengers to limit the number of passengers at immigration counter at once. This is delaying flights, increasing wait times and driving travellers crazy. It's time to improve things as more people travelling now.
