Only good thing I can say about this bakery is two of the girls I dealt with were very nice. A few weeks back I went in after reading the reviews and ordered cupcakes to take to a friends party who had a baby. Although it was some what ... last minute they were able to make me the cupcakes with pink frosting. When I went to pick them up the cupcakes looked so yummy. Finally when we got a chance to eat them I was actually embarrassed by how dry they were.. I couldn't believe it.. Although my friend told me she enjoyed them I asked my hubby on the way home what he thought of the cupcakes and he said they were nothing special and dry. I was disappointed, I was considering ordering my hubby's custom cake from them if the cupcakes weren't such a disappointment. I did however have a cake tasting and the cake I was given tasted horrible and very spongy. in fact the cake itself was watery!! I honestly couldn't believe it. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. I had asked for a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and i couldn't even taste the vanilla! All in all I haven't gone back and most likely NEVER will or recommend this place to a family members or friends. Read more

I called this morning to order an 8" buttercream cake (starting at $22) the only customer option I requested was a wrap of blue fondant. For that minimal custom work they quoted the cake cost $130. Unbelievable and absolutely no phone mannerisms.

BAD. NO STAR AT ALL!!! THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE! Me and my husband went there to order my son's first birthday cake. Customer service is just downright awful. There were only 3 customers inside when we got there but still it took them a while to attend to us. I asked ... for cake pictures and we we're shown to look at their monitor to browse. Okay so far. I asked this lady to quote the toy we brought to copy and she annoyingly asked, "this is for when?", I said in two weeks, she said, "hmmm sure, that will cost you 350-500!!" Sure I don't have enough knowledge on how much 3D cakes are, but she could've said it nicer. If only I can put her tone here. So I'm already annoyed at this point, so we continued to browse and this guy asked "do you know what you want now?" Just their tones are horrible! We opted for a simple fondant cake instead (which already costs $140), the picture shows white base and random colors for the letters. The only change we asked is to make the base color green. On the day of the pickup, my husband got there and was given a white cake! My husband wants to complain but this girl is saying, I can call the owner for you and just didn't say anything!
