Prince Sushi - Mississauga, Ontario

This place was alright, the food was good, attentive staff up until you stay passed 9:30pm, they'll warn you about how they're closing at 10:00pm and wether you really want the food you ordered last or not? Really? We knew last call was at 9:30pm and the food in question ... was ordered before then. You can see the annoyed expression in their face, their whole demeanor changed so much it was unbelievable, at this point we didn't even bother with dessert, the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. WORST! I repeat WORST experience ever! The customer service was ridiculous! Such a joke! We ordered off the all you can eat menu and didn't get the majority of the food we ordered!! We had to ask the server what was going on and she said the chef lost our ... order list!!! She then comes back with the list and apologizes... This was about 1.5 hours after we had placed the initial order. After such a wait we had no appetite...especially since the sushi itself was very low quality!! I've been to prince prior to this experience and didn't mind it. Be aware it has gone WAY DOWNHILL. Save your time and money and go to Heart sushi.. Much better food and customer service. By the way...after such a horrible experience...the manager which was not there and had to be called via phone only offered 10% off the bill. Read more

This is the best sushi in Mississauga! All the negative reviews are promoting other restaurants what a shame you have to put a good business down to promote yours. It's a small place but the constant line up tells you people don't mind waiting for quality and great flavour. I ... been coming here for years and staff never ever asked me for a tip like some liars stated. The best thing is to try something yourself and don't get fooled by fake negative reviews. Read more

Food is very fresh and apetizing. Servers are very efficient and helpful. Very clean and warm environment. Would recommend it any time and has my full "thumbs up". Always make reservations because it's a very popular place, especially if you're going to the movies after.

This place is the standard to which other sushi places I've compared to. The food is excellent and the service is great. Quick, fresh and tentative to your needs. A nice place to grab a quick dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. Definitely recommend to make a reservation as this place ... is always busy. Read more
