My best advice for those considering to spend their money here is don’t. There are plenty of better Korean BBQ places that are clean and give value for the money you spent. The drink menu was dirty (pictured) during a global pandemic, table had not been wiped down properly upon ... arrival, mirror next to our was filthy which shows they don’t care for cleanliness, there were bits floating in our waters and the cups were very dirty, made me lose my appetite. On top of this all, the manager was extremely rude and aggressively dropped our food on the table saying we ordered too much and would be charged for unfinished portions (which is fine but we always order the same amount at KBBQ and finish it all no problem. He could have been more professional in his mannerism). The shrimp is not depooped, the short ribs were very fatty and the calamari inedible. Oysters were unclean. Last birthday meal for the CEO and it was another AYCE affair, this time it was Korean food. We met up with 3 local friends and they recommended this place. . This is apparently a very popular restaurant so it was really busy. The place was massive so there was enough room ... for everyone. . Although the meat, seafood and vegetable selections were plentiful and of good quality, the lack of flavour in all of them left a lot to be desired. There was just soya sauce on the table and we didn’t see any other sauce options on the ticket. . We ordered a lot and the waiter probably thought we won’t be able to finish them but he didn’t know what was coming for him. 🤣🤣🤣 . The service was actually very quick and efficient but not intrusive. . We asked for our grills to be changed but surprisingly we were told that they don’t change them. How weird was that? I’ve never been to any Korean restaurant that did that? If anything, they are always too quick to change grills??? . Overall verdict: *Food - 4* *Service - 4* *Price - 2* (would have been 5* at $34.99 per person for lunch but I didn’t realize that they already tacked on 12% of service charge in the bill and so I added another 20% for tip!!!). I know I should have looked at the bill first before approving the POS machine but maybe I missed a notice that they will automatically a service charge for a party or 6? We’ve always tipped 15% - 25% no matter how bad the food or the service was but 32% was a bit too much. . Notwithstanding the small hiccups, it was still a great last birthday meal for Mr. HuiJang-Nim and a fitting conclusion to the week long birthday celebration because of the presence of awesome friends. Good food and was seated quickly during the weekday as a party of 1. I went here hoping for sashimi but that is only available on the weekend menu apparently. I would of tipped them 15%, however their pre set gratuity is 12% which I think is kind of a ... cheeky move and makes people not feel inclined to tip them more than the minimum. Food was prepared well, and service became better once a younger gentlemen came out of nowhere and started serving/taking care of everybody. Overall a decent experience. Read more

In short: I loved this place! This place was really great! Everything was great, the food, staff, atmosphere, and every other aspect of this all you can eat restaurant. Food: 5/5 The food was great. Great selection of meat, seafood, veggies, and a bit of sushi. The cooking part is on you, so that ... aspect varies. During my personal experience it was really good. Staff: 6/5 Literally the best staff ever. They were super friendly and attentive. They had a great energy, even during busy times. They were super friendly, and they were very attentive. So tasty and delicious! We had to take the plate from the next table coz my friend and I were not eating fast enough and the food was getting cooked and needed an extra plate to put the food on. And if we didn't cook the food right away the ... grill is left empty with just the smoke coming out of it, burning the small pieces of meat that got stuck to it. So we had to cook everything and asked the staff to turn off the grill. All in all, it was a pretty good, and yummy, experience. Maybe next time I'll go at dinnertime so I have more choices of seafood, specifically tiger shrimps and mussels, and more calamari! 😊 Read more
