Blue Lagoon Seafood Master - Mississauga, Ontario

Went there for a lobster dinner and although lobster dish wasn’t the best, the rest of the dishes were amazing. Food arrived quickly. The place is very nice. Very delicious. The customer service was very good. Very polite.

We came here to try their Dim Sum. There are a lot of tables so here so there wasn't much of a wait time. However, the food took long to come out and their cups and chopsticks were dirty... We were hungry and we were unhappy about the fact that ... the first couple of food items that arrived to our table were our desserts! Regarding the food itself, they tasted good but nothing exceptional for Dim Sum. I've known most Chinese restaurants to have mediocre service but here was below mediocre. They were understaffed for a restaurant with as much tables as they have; I saw that some were really stressed out and it was unacceptably hard to find a server to take down orders and ask questions. It was quite ridiculous! Especially because we had a ton of finshed/empty dishes that took too long to be cleared off our table; yet food continued to come out despite the clutter on our table. Great dumplings, but the fried items are cold and over cooked. Rating would be higher if they didn't improperly seat us in a tiny table where the food was stacked and sitting on top of each other. The food quality here is great compared to other dim sum places I have experienced. It's a little pricier than a lot of other Chinese restaurants, but the decor is nice, bathrooms are clean and as mentioned before, food is delicious. It's a big place, so the service sometimes ... feels more like a machine of waitstaff and food servers. Read more
